Our history
WomELLE for a Cause was founded in 2016 by Naghilia Desravines with a primary focus on providing financial support to women. As the years passed, our organization evolved to meet the changing needs of the community. In the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, we witnessed an increased demand for support, prompting us to take action. We dedicated ourselves to developing programs, clubs, and movements that cater not only to women but also to children, ensuring a holistic approach to empowerment and support.

WomELLE for a Cause is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to empowering women and children through various programs that focus on business, parenting, education, technology, and personal growth. Our organization firmly believes in the potential and strength of women and children, and we strive to create a positive impact in their lives.
At the heart of our organization lies a profound belief in the power and resilience of women and children. We are dedicated to creating a future where they thrive, empowered with confidence and the skills to conquer any challenge that may arise.
Our Impact
WomELLE for a Cause offers impactful programs for women and children. GirlUp empowers young girls and supports parents, while The Bridge creates partnerships for working women. HerBiz Foundation equips women entrepreneurs with essential business skills. The ROAR movement promotes respect, opportunity, advocacy, and rise for women, fostering empowerment and gender equality. RISE, the book club, nurtures reading, imagination, self-expression, and empowerment in children, inspiring a lifelong love for books. Through these programs, movements, and clubs, WomELLE for a Cause strives to empower, educate, and uplift women and children, creating a brighter future of equality and success for all.
